Registration
Important Dates and Submission Process
All submissions to ISTS20 are to be made through the online submission system. Before submitting an abstract, authors are required to first register and create an account on the submission platform.
Please note the following important dates:
- Abstract submission deadline: 30 November 2026
- Notification of abstract acceptance: 31 January 2027
- Short paper (4 pages) submission deadline: 30 April 2027
- Notification of paper acceptance: 15 June 2027
- Early-bird registration deadline: 30 June 2027
- ISTS20 Conference: 6–8 September 2027
Submission Process
1. Register on the online submission system
Once registered, authors can log in to submit and manage their contribution.
2. Download and use the submission template
Authors are required to prepare their submission using the official ISTS20 template provided on this page. Please follow the formatting and submission instructions included in the template. Download the official ISTS20 template here.
3. Submit your abstract
Prepare your abstract using the official template and submit it through the online submission system by 30 November 2026.
4. Abstract review and notification
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed. Authors will be notified of the outcome by 31 January 2027.
5. Submit your short paper (4 pages)
Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to prepare and submit a short paper (4 pages). The short paper must also follow the official ISTS20 template and formatting requirements and is to be submitted through the online submission system by 30 April 2027.
6. Paper review and notification
Submitted short papers will undergo review. Authors will be notified of the final acceptance decision by 15 June 2027.
7. Conference registration
Following acceptance, authors should complete their conference registration. The early-bird registration deadline is 30 June 2027.
