Personal data that we process

ISTS 2027 processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

• First and last name
• Bank account number
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Address details
• Telephone number
• Email address

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have permission from parents or a guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us via mic@bouwenmetstaal.nl, and we will delete this information. ISTS 2027 processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• To offer you the possibility to create an account
• To process your payment
• To send our newsletter and/or promotional brochure
• To be able to call or email you if this is necessary to carry out our services
• To inform you about changes to our services and products
• To deliver goods and services to you
• ISTS 2027 also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.

ISTS 2027 does not use automated decision-making.

How long we retain personal data

ISTS 2027 does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention period for personal data: 18 months.

ISTS 2027 only provides data to third parties and only if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
